Return Policy

At Nutt-Un Fancy Popcorn, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are food items, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.

 

1. Food Product Returns

 

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on food items once they have been shipped or delivered.

We cannot resell returned food products, and therefore all food sales are typically considered final.

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of damaged products or packaging, when applicable

After review, Nutt-Un Fancy Popcorn may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Resolutions are provided at our discretion based on the circumstances of each order.

 

3. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled prior to processing and shipment.

Once an order has entered production, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a refund.

 

4. Shipping Issues

 

Nutt-Un Fancy Popcorn is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact us so we can assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

 

5. Event Service Refunds

 

For event bookings, including private parties, baby showers, gender reveals, corporate events, festivals, and race events:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Cancellation terms may vary depending on the event and booking arrangements.

  • Any applicable refund terms will be outlined during the booking process.

 

6. Wholesale Orders

 

Wholesale purchases may be subject to separate agreements and refund policies.

Customers participating in wholesale programs should refer to any applicable wholesale agreements for specific terms.
